The apartment is spread over two floors: the entrance and the ultra-modern bathroom are on the first floor, while the welcoming living area and spacious bedrooms are on the second.
We also offer breakfast at the historic Marescotti pastry shop, located in the same building as the apartment. This is just one of the countless culinary experiences our historic center offers, including typical Genoese and ethnic restaurants of all kinds, all just steps from the apartment.

CHECK-OUT: from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
KEYS: the keys to the apartment are provided upon presentation of identification at Pasticceria Marescotti Cavo, located at Via di Fossatello 35-37R, in the same building as the apartment. At the end of your stay, they must be returned to the same location. Opening hours are 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
(If you need to pick up or return the keys outside these hours, you can go to the Arena Albaro security office at Piazza Henry Dunant 4.)
