01 · Arrival and check-in
Go past the shopping center keeping the road on the right, reach the roundabout and turn left. Stop on the bridge, then go to reception (see slide): here you will collect your keys showing an identity document. Registration (card) is already completed online before your arrival via the link we sent you: at check-in, simply show the same document used for registration. Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Thanks to the 24/7 active door service, late check-in at night is also possible - our direct assistance via WhatsApp is still available until 9:00 pm.
02 · Your set of keys
At the reception you will be given: the main house key, the key for the pedestrian exit from the garage towards the platforms, and the remote control for the garage gate.
03 · If you arrive by car

04 · From the garage to the house
Next to parking space 19 you will find a blue door with the letter G.
From that door you take the elevator to go to floor 0,
apartment 3.
To return to the parking space the garage is located on the B2 floor of the elevator.
05 · Pedestrian exit from the garage
From the garage there is a pedestrian exit with direct access to the platforms, the Genoa Fair and the Waterfront Mall shopping centre.
06 · How the house works
- Climate control - floor-mounted radiant cooling/heating system with controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC), adjustable by touch probes in each room.
- Coffee - Nespresso machine, Vertuo capsules (not Original).
- Kitchen - 4-burner induction hob, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave.
- Bathroom - hair dryer.
- Living room - Smart TV.
i INFO - By European law (energy saving), the temperature cannot fall below 23°C in summer or exceed 21°C in winter. If the touch doesn't make you set a more extreme number, that's normal - the system is calibrated like this
The system takes a few hours to reach the chosen temperature (it is not a traditional air conditioner): it sets the temperature as soon as it arrives, without constantly changing it. Keep the windows closed when you enter the balcony - the air already renews itself.
07 · Separate waste collection
There is a dedicated compartment in the garage with all the recycling bins ready.
08 · House Rules
Smoking - smoking is not permitted indoors, but permitted outdoors.
Pets - not allowed.
Maximum guests - 4 people.
Parties - not allowed.
The condominium's quiet hours must be respected: afternoon silence from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, night silence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
On holidays, silence is extended throughout the day for noisy activities.
09 · Empire Gym & Spa included
🏅 Free and unlimited access. The agreement with Empire (Albaro and Centro locations) is included in the living room: unlimited access to the gym for all P&P House guests.
Free and unlimited spa from October to May (closed in summer). Gym closed on holidays, with reduced hours in August - check updated hours on Empire's Instagram board.
10 · Condominium gym and meeting room
In addition, there is also a gym and a condominium meeting room in this complex: book them directly with us, we will provide you with a digital entrance ticket.

13 · Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 am. Before leaving the apartment:
Tourist tax - 5€ per person per night (minors under 14 exempt; the amount does not exceed the first 8 nights of stay). Please leave the cash in the appropriate envelope in the brochure holder on the kitchen table, with the correct amount indicated above.
Turn off air conditioners and lights
Take out the differentiated garbage (room in the garage)
Lock the door and hand over the set of keys to the Waterfront Concierge after leaving the garage.
