01 · Arrival and check-in
At the main entrance of the Arena Albaro Village complex you'll find the guards' booth, marked "CASSE". Show your ID there and the staff will hand you the apartment key set.
02 · Your set of keys
Green key - pedestrian access to the garage from the street.
Remote control - opens the garage gate.
Home Key - P&P House Front Door.
Padel gate key - access to the padel fields, closed by guards around 10:00 PM.
⚠️ NOTICE - The main door is an externally closing panic door. When you're at home, close from outside.
03 · Luggage unloading
At the checkout counters - unload your bags immediately when you meet the guards, before going to the garage.
In the garage - unload at parking space 102, once parked.
North side, Via Boselli (more convenient but less intuitive solution) - stop at the north entrance and use the elevator that comes right in front of your house.
The house is located on floor 0, easily accessible from both the garage and the pedestrian entrance.
04 · If you arrive by car
After check-in at the checkout counters, you will have to walk around the entire perimeter of the complex to reach the garage. Your assigned parking space is n° 102. The garage gate opens with the remote control included in the set of keys.
⚠️ NOTICE - The garage has a height and width limit of 2 meters: check the dimensions of your vehicle before entering.
05 · From the garage to the house (on foot)
Next to parking space 102 you will find a pedestrian door. Open it up and go up a floor: you will emerge right in front of the complex. The green key of your deck instead opens this same passage when you walk from the street.
06 · Alternative entrance: Via Boselli north side
Alternatively, you can stop at the north-side entrance on Via Boselli and take the elevator directly to the front of your house. Only the signs of "Arena Albaro Village / Sport & Shopping" are present at this point: don't let yourself be confused, it's still the correct access.
07 · Complex closing times
~10:00 PM - Guardians close the gate to the padel camps.
Evening - the north side gates also close: after that time the only access/exit from the garage is the main one.
02:00 - the main entrance to the complex also closes. The guardians remain available to let you in, however.
08 · How the house works
Climate control - split with remote control on both floors, both hot and cold.
Bathroom - wall heater type "outdoor mushroom", with remote control.
Coffee - Nespresso machine, Vertuo capsules (not Original).
Kitchen - induction hob, kettle, microwave. Induction pots, utensils, plates, glasses and cups already present in the house.
⚠ NOTICE - The bathroom heater gets very hot: do not touch it with your bare hands and keep it away from towels and clothes.
i INFO - Hot water and current depend on the Arena Albaro Village complex system, even if the house has an internal meter. In case of sudden lack of one of these services, the first reference is the complex's guardians, available 24/7 - not just P&P House.
09 · Separate waste collection
In the house you find the bins to differentiate. The nearest street bins are on Via Boselli. There is no fixed conferral time to be observed.
10 · House Rules
Smoking - smoking is not permitted indoors, but permitted outdoors.
Pets - not allowed.
Maximum guests - 6 people.
Parties - not allowed. As the only housing unit in the context, there is no strict silence to be observed inside the house.
11 · Empire Gym & Spa included
🏅 Free and unlimited access. The agreement with Empire (Albaro and Centro locations) is included in the living room: unlimited access to the gym for all P&P House guests.
Free and unlimited spa only from October to May (closed in summer). Gym closed on holidays, with reduced hours in August - check updated hours at reception or on the Empire noticeboard.

14 · Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 am. Before leaving the apartment:
Tourist tax - 5€ per person per night (minors under 14 exempt; the amount does not exceed the first 8 nights of stay). Leave the cash in the appropriate envelope in the brochure holder on the kitchen table, with the correct amount indicated above.
Turn off air conditioners and lights
Take out your sorted garbage (bins at home, street bins on Via Boselli)
Lock the door and deliver the set of keys to the guards at the "CASES", main entrance
