The accommodation is located in a residential area just steps from Corso Italia, Genoa's most famous promenade, which connects the Foce district, home to the Fiera di Genova, to Boccadasse, the Genoese's favorite village, characterized by its beach surrounded by typical pastel-colored houses.
The nightlife, food, bars, and beaches that define our city are right next door and within walking distance, but that's not all! The location is ideal, halfway between several of the city's most renowned areas, such as Genoa's city center, the Passeggiata di Nervi, the Porto Antico, and much more.
The apartment features an open-plan living area, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and three single beds, a sofa bed in the living area, and two bathrooms with four showers, two toilets, and two sinks. Access to the Empire gym located within Arena Albaro Village is included in the price (hours may vary during the summer months and national holidays). A discounted spa entrance fee is available, subject to reservation and availability. The property offers on-site parking, but you can also easily reach us by public transportation.
